Improvements to Tracket

We've added a few improvements to Tracket to improve the experience

Expand the category dropdown

The dropdown of categories is expanded, so that long categories are also readable. 📔

Faster initial load

We've improved on the initial load of the board view, making it even faster! 🚀

Hint on item that can't be displayed

A team admin can now see a hint on time entries that can't be shown because of various reasons, such as: 1. the item comes from a private board, 2. we can't retrieve the item because it has been deleted and other reasons.
