Company policies

With company policies, you can decide which boards and (sub)items are selectable when logging time. The page can be accessed by a monday.com admin by going to the App settings.

Update board policy

  1. Under Company policies, find Time tracking.

  2. Use the radio buttons to choose which boards users are allowed to use.

  3. When choosing Only these selected boards, select your desired boards using the dropdown

  4. Click on Save changes.

Update (sub)item policy

  1. Under Company policies, find Time tracking.

  2. Click on the toggle to switch between all and assigned (sub)items.

  3. Click on Save changes.
