A monday.com admin can fill in the amount of time a team member works. They can do so by going to Teams and people in the App settings. The capacity is the amount of time someone works per week.

Change a team member's capacity

  1. Find the user whose capacity you want to change.

  2. Under Capacity per week, fill in the amount of time.

  3. Either press , or click outside the input to save the capacity.
