Transactional contacts
Transactional contacts are people we reach out to when important updates need to be communicated, such as price changes, policy updates, or major changes to the app.
How to manage Transactional contacts
You can manage transactional contacts in the Account Settings section of the app.
The table allows you to add multiple contacts. These can be monday.com users or external email addresses.
Every 6 months, monday admins will be asked to review the list. To confirm the contacts are up to date, click the green Confirm button above the table.
Keeping this list accurate ensures your organization won’t miss critical information.
