Generate a report

  1. In the Tracket menu, go to Reports.

  2. Add a new filter, or choose a saved filter.

  3. Select the period for which you want to see the time entries.

  4. Select the column, which determines how to display the period (days, weeks, months or quarters). Not all columns are available for larger periods.

  5. Select how to aggregate your time entries using group by. Add up to three groups by clicking on + Add group, or remove one with the x.

  6. Select the preferred time format.

  7. Click on Generate report, or on Apply changes after updating an already generated report.

Tip

1 day in Tracket is equal to 8 hours.

Limits

There is a limit of 1.000.000 time entries that can be used for generating a single report. If you run into this limit, try changing the date range or add filters.
