🪄 Personal page

The personal page gives you a central place to view and manage information that applies to you as an individual user. It is where you find your Working Schedule, integrations, and other personal settings.

Where to find your own personal page

  • You can open your personal page from the Tracket navigation bar by clicking on the User icon.

Accessing someone else’s personal page

Team admins and company admins can open the personal page of other users from several locations in Tracket:

  • The Approvals page in the team section

  • The People page in the team section

  • The Teams and People page in the app settings (available to monday.com admins only)

Understanding the blue overview bar

At the top of every personal page you see a blue summary bar with key information about that user.

It shows:

  • Capacity
    The number of hours the user is expected to work based on their working schedule.

  • Teams
    All teams the user is part of.

  • Active Time Tracking Period
    The Active Time Tracking Period defines when an employee is expected to track time in Tracket. It consists of:

    • Start date: When the employee begins tracking time (e.g., hire date)

    • End date (optional): When the employee stops tracking time (e.g., departure date)

    This period determines when working schedules schedules are active and when capacity is calculated. Outside this period no timesheets are available and employees can’t log time.
