Archive

The archive stores elements that have been archived. Archived elements are still visible in Tracket, but are not usable when, for example, creating and updating time entries. From the archive, you can restore or permanently delete an element. The archive can be accessed by a monday.com admin by going to Data and storage in the App settings.

Archive an element

Since archiving is different per element, we have listed all pages about archiving them below:

Restore an element

  1. At the end of the element's row, click on the three dots.

  2. Click on Restore.

For custom fields and options, keep in mind that a limit applies to the amount you can have. If that limit has been reached, you will get a warning and are unable to restore the field or option, until there is space available again.

Permanently delete an element

  1. At the end of the element's row, click on the three dots.

  2. Click on Delete.

  3. In the modal, click on Delete to permanently delete the element.

Deleting an element will remove it from all affected time entries. Keep this in mind, since it can no longer be retrieved, will alter existing time entries, and cannot be undone.
