The time input supports the following formats:

:30	30 minutes
:3	30 minutes
2:3	2 hours 30 minutes
02:30	2 hours 30 minutes
2:30	2 hours 30 minutes
2h30m	2 hours 30 minutes
150m	2 hours 30 minutes

You can increase or decrease the amount of time using the arrow keys on your keyboard.

Use ↑ Up/ ↓ Down to add/subtract 15 minutes.
Hold down ⇧ Shift while using ↑ Up/ ↓ Down to add/subtract 1 hour.
