Permission required
To view Tracket’s settings you either need to be a monday.com Admin or have the Admin Privileges > Access the Apps Segment permission.
Tracket can be customized in many ways in order to find the best fit for your workflow. All monday.com admins have the rights to change these settings. They will apply to throughout the entire Tracket app, no matter how and where you have added Tracket to your monday.com instance. The settings can be found in the App settings. Keep in mind that some settings are only visible after refreshing Tracket.
The App settings can be accessed from three different locations:

Board/custom object view settings - click on the gear icon (âš™) on the top right of the view, then select "Go to Account settings". By clicking on "Admin" in the Tracket menu, this tab will also open.

Item view setting - click on "Settings âš™" on the top right of the view.

monday.com marketplace settings tab - head to your installed apps on the monday.com marketplace, open Tracket and click on the "Settings" tab.
A lot of the settings can have a big impact on how time is logged, approvals and permissions. Be sure to discuss this with other admins and your team, and inform your Tracket users about these changes.
