Regardless of your location, the monthly price for your subscription is billed in USD. After payment, it is likely that your provider will use the exchange rate to calculate the monthly price in your own currency. The exchange rate from the time of charge is used to calculate the price in your currency.

Monthly price

The monthly price is a recurring subscription charge for using Tracket, which varies depending on the number of users you are licensed for. The price is included in the bill issued at the end of your assigned billing cycle .

If you sign up for an yearly subscription, then you can receive a discount on your subscription charge.

Billing cycle

The billing cycle is the interval at which monday.com bills your Tracket subscription fee. You can't select the date you are charged on but you can extend your billing cycle to a year to earn a discount on your subscription fee.
