Export improvements 🎉

We've focused on the export in this release with a speed improvement and a new option to export directly from the item view.

Speed improvement 🚤

Waiting for the export to run is not needed anymore: the speed improvement results in much faster export of the time entries. For reference: loading times have decreased by more than 100%.

Export from item view 🗃️

Time entries made on an item or subitem can now be exported directly from the item view. Choose to export all time entries that are made on a(n) (sub)item or filter for specific users or categories and export the filtered time entries only.
