Team collaboration around customer interactions just got a serious upgrade. Atlas CRM now includes @mentions, a new commenting UI, and a Notification Center, bringing Atlassian’s familiar collaboration patterns to the world of CRM. 🤝
Atlas CRM is the #1 native CRM for Jira and Confluence, and this update makes it even more clear that it is the missing piece of Atlassian’s System of Work—connecting customer data with the tools teams already rely on.
What’s new?
@Mentions – Bring the right people into customer conversations instantly. Just type @ and their name to notify them via in-app and email alerts. No extra steps.
New Commenting UI – Keep discussions clear and organized with a dedicated comment panel that opens alongside customer interactions. Comment on Gmail, Outlook, or JSM tickets without switching tools.
Notification Center – A centralized hub for tracking @mentions and comments. Stay updated, stay in control.
Notification preferences - Set up your notifications in-app and email notifications.
These collaboration features are available now for all Atlas CRM users. Ready to try them out?
We have introduced a mechanism that will correctly sync emails that have been missed if there was a small outage on any side of the sync, let if be Atlas CRM or Outlook/Gmail. Missed emails will now correctly show up in Atlas CRM if such event occurs. ❤️🩹
Other small fixes:
Interactions types now show the correct icon when creating a new interaction (call / meeting / email).
Buttons no longer escape the reminders dialog in certain languages .
