Extra field to display for incidents: processing status
An extra field is now available for display in the issue view. Processing status is what is displayed in the TOPdesk ui under the label status.
Previously only status was available, but this value from the API confusingly does not map to status in the ui. Processing status does. The TOPdesk ui provides both, so we decided to just add processing status and leave status.
