View Jira User Name in a response to TOPdesk

We've added a short prefix to every response made in Jira to a TOPdesk change or Incident. This way you no longer have to guess which user sent the response.

The user's name is based on their privacy settings in Jira. If the user has configured a specific display name, and hidden their real name, their configured display name will be used.
