New in this release is the ability to add field mapping to incidents. Using the post function create/update incident you can choose which Jira field you would like to map with the TOPdesk incident field. See example below.
The post function update incidents is new. With this post function it is possible to update fields in the TOPdesk incident triggering a workflow transition in Jira. More explanation about configuring a workflow can be found here.
