In this release a new post function is introduced: "TOPdesk: transition incidents". With this post function it is possible to transition the status of the linked TOPdesk incident. This post function can be used on a workflow transition.
For example: The Jira issue transitions from "Selected to development" to "In Progress". Add the post function to this workflow transition and select Incident status: Ready to start. When the issue is transitioned to the status Selected for development, the status of the linked incident will be set to "Ready to start".

This release contains a fix for selecting fields in the incident/change details in the Jira admin section. Fields that are already selected for the incident/change details in the Jira issue panel are not visible in the list of options anymore.
