Summary

This release includes new e-mail API settings, where the Jira user and TOPdesk person can be linked based on the e-mail address.

Details

Note: the new version has to be accepted since we need new API rights to match the e-mail addresses in both Jira and TOPdesk.

What has changed?

The creator of a TOPdesk change from Jira will be visible in TOPdesk as the TOPdesk person. The match between the Jira user and the TOPdesk person will be made based on validation of the e-mail address.

Creating a TOPdesk change (based on the workflow transition setting in Jira) will result in the TOPdesk person being the caller of the change. See below:
