With this release we are excited to announce the ability to send attachments to TOPdesk from Jira. Inside the TOPdesk activity stream in Jira you will now see a new field for adding attachments to the linked TOPdesk change or incident.
Note: Sending invisible to caller attachments are currently only available for incidents. This is due to a limitation in TOPdesk.
The invisible to caller checkbox for incidents will now remember the last checked state. This will make it easier for users to indicate their prefered state. Jira admins can configure a fallback default inside the TOPdesk integration settings.
Newly generate update action sequences now also include the updating of the Jira issue description.
