With this release it's now possible to send back comments to TOPdesk that are invisible to the caller. In the activity stream tab called "TOPdesk", you can toggle a checkbox to make the comment invisible before sending. This is turned on by default for easy internal communication.

Note: Sending invisible to caller messages are currently only available for incidents. This is due to a limitation in TOPdesk.
