Rich text support

With this release we are expanding the rich text support in our application. When you now update the description in Jira with an action sequence from TOPdesk it will now look more alike.

Blueprints

Action sequences can be tricky to create and extend. With our integration we already made it easy to generate some simple create and update action sequences. We have now updated our documentation with blueprints to show the possibilities of action sequences.

These new blueprints will show how to add more fields, transition an issue and how to update the priority. For more information you can chech our new documentation.

Transitioning issues

It is now possible to transition a Jira issue from a TOPdesk action sequence. This is great for keeping your Jira operators in touch with the status of the incident or change. When watching a Jira issue, you'll be automatically notified by Atlassian when the status changes, making transitions a very usefull feature!
