Where to find the audit log

The audit log can be found in "Settings" -> "Administration" -> "Git for Confluence Administration".

Events

Git for Confluence currently tracks when a user grant access to a Git resource or revokes access to that resource.

When you click on more details you will find more information about this event. For example: When someone has granted access to a resource, you will find the Confluence page where this access has been granted in the detailed information view.
