Transition Change/Incident
When an issue transitions through its workflow, we can add the following post functions:
TOPdesk: Transition change
TOPdesk: Transition incident
These post functions can be used to change the status of the linked TOPdesk change/incident. We do this by adding a post function to the desired workflow transition.
An example for a change: You want to set the status of a TOPdesk change to ready to start when the Jira workflow transitions from Backlog → Selected for development. Add the post function to this workflow transition and select Change status: Ready to start. When the issue is transitioned to the status Selected for development, the status of the linked change will be set to "Ready to start".
