Templates define the information that can be stored in companies, contacts, sales and communication. Admins have the freedom to tailor the template to fit the need of your business.

Templates consists of sections and fields. A section contains one or more fields and can provide additional context to its fields. Two sections could contain the same fields, but have different meaning. For example: 'Billing address' and 'Visiting address'.
Fields are used to store information in. The configuration of a field dictates how a field can be used and what kind of information it holds.
To edit a template:
Log in as an administrator.
Navigate to Settings and choose Add-ons or Apps.
Find Templates in the Atlas CRM menu on the left.
Open the template which you would like to edit.
Choose translate templates to select the language you want to translate the fields into. You can choose between German, English, Spanish, French and Dutch translations. When changing the template fields, JQL search will work with the new field names. For example: Name (EN) -> Nom (FR).
