Manage custom fields for Jira can be installed directly from the Universal Plugin Manager (UPM) within JIRA. Installation instructions may vary slightly per JIRA version.
Login as an Administrator.
Select at the top-right of the page.
Choose Manage apps
Search for Manage custom fields for Jira.
Click on Free trial or Buy now.
Another option is to download Manage custom fields for Jira from the Atlassian Marketplace directly and install it manually.
