There are two recipes available to create an issue from monday.com to Bitbucket
When an item is created in monday.com, create an issue in this Bitbucket repository from this Bitbucket workspace
When a status changes to something, create an issue in this Bitbucket repository from this Bitbucket workspace
Before you add recipes to your monday.com Board, the board should be configured with column(s) of the information you would like to see from Bitbucket.
Add this recipe to your board if you would like to create a new issue in Bitbucket every time an item is created in monday.com. You can choose any Bitbucket workspace or Bitbucket repository from the account that is connected to your board.
How to add this recipe on your monday.com board?
Find the Bitbucket integration in the Integrations Center

Using this recipe in combination with the recipe from Bitbucket to monday.com: "When an issue is created in this Bitbucket repository from this Bitbucket workspace create an item and sync future changes from Bitbucket" is not possible as it will result in a loop of creating issues and items.
Add this recipe to your monday.com board if you want to create a new issue when the status of a monday.com item is changed to, for example, "stuck". A new issue in Bitbucket is created in the Bitbucket repository of your choice.
