Edit roles in the table view

We have re-introduced editing roles in the table view. Roles can be added to linked companies, contacts or sales.

Other changes in this release

• Date fields had an example date as a placeholder "2/18/1993". This placeholder has been changed to "mm/dd/yyyy" to prevent confusion.
