Frank launches as a people management solution built native to Atlassian. This release includes the People Dashboard for HR and managers, employee profiles, automated onboarding with progress tracking, and the Frank Rovo agent for employee questions.
People Dashboard
A central view for HR and managers showing employee count, department distribution, onboarding status, tenure distribution, and upcoming events like work anniversaries and birthdays.
Employee profiles
Complete employee context in one place with activity feeds, custom fields, linked Confluence pages, and attached documents. Sensitive fields are protected by permission groups.
Onboarding automation
When an employee's status changes to "Onboarding," Frank automatically creates a personalized onboarding document in Confluence. Progress is tracked through checklists and visible in the dashboard.
Frank Rovo agent
Employees ask Frank questions about policies, leave, benefits, and processes through Rovo. Frank combines your HR documentation with employee context to give personalized answers.
Architecture
All data stays within Atlassian. Frank is built on Forge with permission-based access control. Employees are modeled as Jira work items, enabling native workflows and automations.
