Undo transition does not require any configuration, after installation the plugin is active on all workflows within JIRA. Without any configuration all JIRA users can now undo their own transitions.
Once installed, it is possible to undo a transition. In an issue click on and "Undo Transition" will appear in the options.
Note: It will only show the option to undo a transition for the owner of the transition, the person that performed the transition on that issue. So a transition can only be undone when you made that transition.
By clicking on "Undo Transition" a popup screen will appear. This shows the fields that will be changed, e.g. the status and the resolution. If the changes are correct, simply click the "undo" button and the last transition you made will be reverted.
By default only the owner of the transition (the person who made the transition) can undo it. However, it is possible to allow other users to undo a transition that they do not own. You can configure this by selecting groups in the add on configuration
Go to manage apps
Find undo transition on the left and click "configure"
Go to the topright menu and click
