Set reminders and customer dashboards

Set reminders

You can now set a reminder on a company, contact or sale. Setting a reminder will give you a notification on the chosen date by email and an in-app notification. You can view all recent notifications by selecting the notification icon in the navigation bar.

Customer dashboards

The new dashboards allow you to get all important information in one overview on a company, contact or sale. You can view the latest linked issues, updates on related Confluence pages and the latest comments of yourself or your colleagues on one page.

The dashboard also provides an activity stream, giving you insights into a customers recent events, updates and other activities by you or your colleagues.
