With the Outlook Add-in installed, you can effortlessly store contacts and emails from Outlook into Atlas CRM. But there’s more to this add-in than just storing emails. Here’s an overview of what’s possible:

Search for Atlas CRM contacts in Outlook

Quickly find your Atlas CRM contacts using the Outlook Add-in to send them an email or check their details.

Add contacts to Atlas CRM directly from emails

While reading an email, see which participants are already in Atlas CRM. Add any new participants to Atlas CRM with a single click.

Access key information about email senders

View important details about the people contacting you directly within Outlook, giving you context at a glance.

Store email conversations in Atlas CRM

Save emails as interactions in Atlas CRM. Once stored, all future replies in the conversation will automatically sync with Atlas CRM, ensuring your team stays updated.

Automatically log all emails for specific contacts

Set Atlas CRM to automatically store every future email with a specific contact. This can be activated from the contact’s detail page in Outlook.

Manage your storing settings in Atlas CRM

Within Atlas CRM you can manage your auto-store settings by navigating to:

Your profile avatar in the top right corner > Preferences > Microsoft Outlook

This page shows how many conversations are being automatically stored and how many contacts auto-storing is enabled. You can also remove the auto-storing setting for any contact or conversation any time, giving you full control over which conversations are stored in Atlas CRM.
