JSM Connect

Activating JSM Connect integrates Atlas CRM with your Jira Service Desk. When you activate JSM Connect a couple of things start happening in the background:

Firstly, JSM connect enables Jira user synchronization. This means Atlas CRM will create a contact for each Jira user and Jira Service Desk customer based on their emailadress. User synchronization

Secondly, it sets up two automations using blueprints created by us.

Automation 1: When an issue is created, a contact is linked based on the reporters emailadress. Furthermore a company is linked based on the reporters emailadress.

Automation 2: When a contact is linked to an issue, the company that's linked to the contact will also be linked to the issue.
