Link company based on custom field

Last updated 6 months ago

Was this helpful?

You can use this action in combination with the Issue created and the Issue updated trigger to automatically link an Atlas CRM company to the issue based on issue data.

This action requires some configuration. You need to configure how you want to match an Atlas CRM company with the created issue. This can be done by selecting an Atlas CRM template field and a Jira custom field.

Are you not able to find your field?

We currently only support a field mapping between text, date, number and single-select fields.

When there is a match between the created issue and a company in Atlas CRM, the company will be linked to the issue.

This action will only link one company, even-though multiple companies match the Jira issue field.
